Staff Spotlight: Danielle Stanley
Keep Smyrna Beautiful is thrilled to introduce Danielle Stanley, the newest addition to the KSB staff. As a part-time program assistant, Danielle will be working on volunteer onboarding, community events, Community Cleanups, Adopt-a-Tree, the Smyrna Community Garden, and more!
In her own words, here is a little more about Danielle:
Hi, I’m Danielle Stanley and I’m the new program assistant for Keep Smyrna Beautiful (KSB). I moved to Marietta, GA from the beachy shores of Sarasota, FL about 15 years ago with my three kids. However, I still love the ocean and enjoy visiting Florida whenever I can. One of my favorite things about Smyrna is the Braves Stadium, also known as Truist Park. I love watching the Braves play and cheering them on with my family and friends. Moreover, I love hanging out at the Battery Atlanta, a great place for shopping and entertainment.
In addition to working part-time at KSB, I have been an early childhood educator for the last 13 years specializing in curriculum support. I currently work as an education coordinator at Seeds of Wonder Journey School in Roswell, GA. I have always been passionate about environmental issues and sustainability, and I am excited to join KSB and learn from their experienced staff and volunteers. I believe that KSB’s mission to inspire our community to be clean, green, and beautiful aligns with my personal values and goals. Therefore, I look forward to working with KSB and contributing to their efforts to make Smyrna a more beautiful and livable place for everyone.
