
Three places to enjoy the outdoors in Smyrna, Georgia
With over 20 parks within the city, Smyrna offers a wide variety of beautiful spaces to enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. Here are the top three that catch the attention of so many native to the area.
Tolleson Park
This park has something to offer everyone! Tolleson Park contains all the places to let your competitive side shine, including softball fields and a volleyball court. Tolleson also has a walking trail and many places to have the perfect picnic. Grab your friends and go explore!
Silver Comet Trail
Walk, bike, or run on this 61.5-mile long trail! The Silver Comet Trail starts in Smyrna, but winds on abandoned railroad lines until it reaches Cedartown. The trail is fully paved, making this the optimal biking trail for you and your friends. Get out and enjoy nature!
Burger Park
Burger Park is an off-leash dog park perfect for you and your furry friend! This park may be small, but it offers a great community. Meet new people while your pooch plays in the areas available! They offer play areas for small and larger dogs that are flat (perfect for keeping an eye on your dog!).
