Eco-Friendly Products That Make Everyday Life Easier

We all fall into the swing of things and fall into the habit of using products that we don’t realize harm the planet we call home. I have recently made some switches to more sustainable, eco-friendly products around my house and wanted to share! They have not only made my life easier, but they have also helped me take those baby steps to making Earth great again.

The S’well Bottle

This stainless steel bottle is amazing. Yes, it is pricier than water bottles or reusable bottles. I know. But it is totally worth it. This bottle lasts forever and is so easy to clean. Reusable bottles like the S’well bottle help reduce plastic waste that takes so many years to decompose and add harmful toxins into our environment. It is so easy to carry around, and it is so cute!

Silicone Teabags

I love hot tea, but have found myself using so many teabags lately. Here’s the tea, I recently bought a silicone teabag. This teabag is reusable and so easy to clean. This reduces waste in my home and is so easy to use and wash afterwards. Also, loose leaf tea is so much better in my opinion! Get yours on Amazon today!

Native Deodorant

Feel good about the products you are using on your skin! This natural deodorant smells amazing and is great for my sensitive skin. It does not contain aluminum, unlike other leading brand deodorants. It actually works too! I am a very busy bee and am always on the go. This deodorant lasts all through my busy days, keeping me smelling fresh. Shop it here!

Mrs. Meyer’s Cleaning Supplies

Mrs. Meyer’s products are all made of plant derived ingredients and different essential oils. This ensures that chemicals will be eliminated from your home as well as eliminate irritated skin. The clean-day multi-surface cleaner is my favorite because it not only cleans well, but it smells amazing. I got mine at Target!

Reusable Straws

I love using straws to sip on drinks, but hate the effect they have on the environment, especially in oceans. I recently invested in using a silicone straw (because they are super bendy and come in fun colors) and it works wonders! It is so easy to use and clean and carry around with me. Whether it is a stainless steel straw or a silicone straw, they both reduce the stress plastic straws cause on the environment.

Reusable Sandwich Bags

This is the easiest way to cut back on plastic usage at home (especially if you have kids!). Reusable snack bags will prevent all that plastic from ending up in landfills. Most reusable snack baggies are made of silicone, making them easy to store and clean!
