Community Cleanups are part of KSB’s litter reduction efforts. When litter on the side of the road is washed into waterways with stormwater, it pollutes local water sources, harms wildlife, and makes the city a less beautiful place to live. These cleanups are scheduled 2 to 3 times a month, and locations are chosen based on current need.
